Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have at least two years of customer relationship experience in a services industry and possess the following:
Associates Degree (Accounting or Medical Billing Certification)
Knowledge of Lytec is strongly preferred
Typing minimum 40 WPM
Effective rapport-building and relationship skills
Organizational and planning skills
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
