Essential Functions:
•Speaking to patients on incoming/outgoing calls regarding medical debt
•Research account inquiries using multiple online systems
•Handle payment disputes
•Establishes payment arrangements for medical debt within client guidelines

Desired Qualifications:
•At least 1 year experience working in a call center/customer service
•Must be available to work between the hours of 8 am -- 9 pm Monday thru Friday and 8 am - 5 pm on Saturdays.
•Must be a self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment
•Must be comfortable asking people to pay their medical bills
•Must be goal driven, competitive, and able to be a team player
•Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products
•Strong phone and customer service skills
•Ability to type while talking is required
